Our Background
Emerged from an enterprise by the name of Soon Well Renovation, it has successfully and satisfactorily completed numerous construction projects since April 1995, ranging from renovation of residential properties, construction of new bungalows, as well as wide-ranging type of interior design works for bungalows, semi-detached dwellings, terrace houses, offices, hotels, banks, commercial outlets, apartments and condominiums.
In order to achieve higher quality performance required to meet the expectations of many clients, the enterprise was subsequently incorporated into Soon Well Builders Sdn Bhd (SWB) on 30 January 2002 with the aim to become a Building Renovation Specialist.
Being a Building Renovation Specialist, SWB adopts high standard of practices that are necessary to realize the clients’ expectations within the agreed budget, quality and time.
It is the goal of SWB to build up reputation based on the satisfactions of the clients, thus striving SWB to be the best in the industry.Based on the technical experiences and exposures of the directors and personnel of the company, SWB has all the capabilities and competencies in handling all aspects of renovation works to meet all sorts of clients’ needs.
The services offered by SWB cover the full spectrum of renovation works as follows:
Planning and designing
Documentation, detailing and specification
Budgetary costingProject implementation and supervision
Satisfactory completion and handling over of project
